What You Will Achieve In this role, you will: Contribute to moderately complex projects, managing your time effectively to meet targets and develop short-term work plans. Leverage technology and industry best practices to deliver services efficiently. Work within guidelines and policies to resolve problems and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

• BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in security
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Permanent work authorization in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant pharmaceutical experience
• Experience managing a Computerized Maintenance Management System and/or Enterprise Asset Management program
• Experience in EHS management systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
• Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
