Senior Associate, Programs Integrator Operations
About The Position
L3Harris Technologies Company is seeking an Operations Program Integrator working at our AMF South facility. In this role, you will optimize shop floor throughput and production efficiency while ensuring production readiness across all specified product operations. Manage and resolve operational product related issues through shop floor escalations, coordinating critical handoffs between departments to maintain workflows. Oversee cross-functional area deconfliction to prevent conflicts and maximize resources in line with common manufacturing procedures. Partner closely with Product Manager, Supervisors and operations management teams to meet production targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior project management experience.
- Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior project management experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior project management experience.
- Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance.
Nice To Haves
- May have in-depth knowledge of project management and product management.
- Experience with Composite Manufacturing in the Aerospace industry is highly desired.
- MS Project experience is desired.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams is highly desired.
- Cost account management experience is a plus.
- Expediting experience is a plus.
