About The Position

Fisica Space Vector is seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded Senior Associate Program Manager to lead programs within our product development portfolio. As a key member of the Space Vector program management team, you will drive the capture of new business within the Aerospace, Defense, and National Security sectors through execution excellence and early product development deliveries. In this role, you will transition seamlessly between high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will be primarily responsible for the successful execution of products in the development and qualification phase of the product life cycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, identifying and qualifying multi-million dollar pipelines, and supporting or collaborating in support of major capture and proposal efforts to align with national security and Allied requirements. Directs all phases of program execution from inception through completion. Drives program execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocating resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret (or higher) security clearance is required.

Nice To Haves

Active Secret clearance is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related technical/business discipline is preferred.
Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
