The Applied AI team plays a critical role in Capital One’s GenAI strategy. A cohort of strategists, data scientists, and engineers are constantly evaluating the customer journey - from marketing and acquisitions to customer service and fraud - to identify pain points where GenAI-related approaches could be leveraged to unlock new end-customer experiences. The PdM in this role will drive the intake and prioritization of early-stage Card GenAI use cases. The associate will work with the cross-functional group to further refine proposals or ideas in detail before prioritizing and implementing. In this role, you’ll learn the essentials of being a product manager, and we’ll invest in you to grow in four key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, and Transformational Leadership.
