About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sr. Associate, Procurement professional to support rapidly growing Space Systems programs and new business initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring the seamless procurement of materials, goods, and services essential to mission success. The ideal candidate brings practical procurement expertise, strong analytical capability, and a commitment to high‑quality execution in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 0 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• Practical working knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost analysis.
• Exoperience interpreting complex proposal structures, multi‑level BOMs, and engineering documentation (including FAB drawings).
• Must work on‑site in Palm Bay, FL.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement activities for raw materials, goods, and services supporting Space Systems programs.
• Compile and analyze data to determine purchasing feasibility and establish competitive pricing objectives.
• Evaluate, approve, and qualify suppliers; solicit and review quotes; examine bids; and issue award recommendations.
• Monitor supplier response, ensuring adherence to requirements and schedules.
• Prepare request for Proposals and bid packages
• Elevate concerns to influence negotiations with suppliers and observations on supplier responses to identify cost drivers, quality risks, and opportunities for efficiency.
• Prepare RFPs and bid packages as needed.
• Review proposals, analyze trends, and maintain accurate records that support operational and audit needs.
