About The Position

L3Harris is seeking a Senior Associate, Procurement to support the Proposal Team as part of a centralized, cross-functional organization focused on strengthening the supply chain proposal process. This role is responsible for coordinating supplier engagement, obtaining and consolidating supplier quotes, supporting cost and price analysis, maintaining complete and audit-ready procurement documentation, and assisting with compliance and management review activities. The Senior Associate, Procurement will work closely with the MPM and cross-functional stakeholders to help deliver high-quality, risk-mitigated, and fully compliant proposals in support of business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; or a Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience; or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements related to procurement and proposal support.
Experience supporting proposals or procurement activities in a DoD environment.
Knowledge of supplier quote collection, price analysis, and procurement documentation requirements.
Ability to maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready records.
Ability to interpret and apply purchasing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and support multiple proposal efforts under schedule constraints.
Experience supporting management reviews and documenting proposal decisions and actions.
