About The Position

As a Senior Associate of Network Disputes, you will be responsible for monitoring assigned accounts for out-of-balance conditions and conducting research to resolve outstanding disputes. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, adherence to process governance, and driving innovation through process improvements. You will resolve complex problems by interpreting policies and guidelines, escalating breakdowns, and identifying the right stakeholders for correction. Additionally, you will work closely with colleagues on key disputes and coach junior team members on processes and performance targets.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to departmental procedures and internal controls to ensure strict adherence to governance models.
  • Champion process improvements that reduce manual work and complexity.
  • Resolve complex problems where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines, or processes.
  • Escalate breakdowns in the process by asking the right questions and identifying/involving the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns.
  • Work closely with colleagues on key disputes.
  • Coach and train junior levels on processes and performance targets.
