About The Position

As a Senior Associate, Paid Media & Advertising at Feastables, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital channels. This role is focused on driving efficient customer acquisition, supporting product launches, and scaling performance across platforms. You’ll work closely with the broader Marketing team, external agencies, and cross-functional partners to ensure campaigns are launched on time, optimized effectively, and delivering against key performance goals. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands performance marketing fundamentals and is eager to operate in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across major ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Experience with campaign optimization, testing, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in CPG, e-commerce, or consumer brands is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute paid media campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., social, search, display)
  • Manage campaign setup, trafficking, and budget allocation within defined plans
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics
  • Analyze campaign results and provide clear reporting on performance and insights
  • Run structured tests across creative, audiences, and channels to improve outcomes
  • Partner with creative teams to ensure assets generation aligns with platform and campaign goals
  • Work closely with our Viral Marketing team to elevate high performing creator assets into existing and new paid campaigns
  • Support media planning through data gathering and performance insights
  • Track spend and ensure campaigns remain within budget and pacing targets
  • Identify performance issues and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency
  • Maintain documentation of campaign structures, learnings, and best practices
