This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day digital and performance marketing campaigns for a set of Capital One’s U.S. Card digital acquisition channels within our Outbound Marketing team. These channels focus on driving conversions rather than awareness. Digital marketing campaign and ad operations (Ad Ops) management includes hands-on channel work, such as launching new ad campaigns, developing test designs and launching tests, implementing process improvements, and optimizing our active programs. All campaigns are managed in-house, providing direct control over strategy and execution. Additionally, this role involves supporting channel strategy development, aiding product initiatives across the organization, and continuously seeking ways to optimize the channels. The Senior Associate will be an expert in the outbound digital marketing space, specifically working with platforms like Google Ads (including Gmail/Demand Gen environments), Yahoo, Microsoft, and other relevant advertising platforms, while staying up-to-date with industry updates and best practices.
