Senior Associate - Investor Services
About The Position
This position will work Pacific Time Zone hours - successful candidates will be US based on the West Coast and able to work fully remote. The Senior Associate - Investor Services will oversee Outlook Investor Services inboxes, respond to routine client inquiries, and handle ad-hoc requests efficiently. They will post fund and investor-level documents to the investor portal while coordinating with other departments for approvals and upcoming posts. The role involves managing investor expectations by clearly communicating timelines for deliverables and ensuring smooth delivery of capital call and distribution notices. Additionally, the associate will assist in updating and maintaining document processes and policies to ensure accurate record keeping and compliance, and collaborate with their team and clients to uphold standards, assess operational effectiveness, and suggest improvements for process development.
Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience in investor services, private equity, public accounting, or alternative asset investment firms.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in accounting and fund administration for alternative investments.
- Exceptional client service, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate while giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Consistently deliver accurate, detail-oriented work at high volume while managing multiple demands and tight deadlines, including overtime when required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
