About The Position

This position will work Pacific Time Zone hours - successful candidates will be US based on the West Coast. The role involves overseeing Outlook Investor Services inboxes, responding to routine client inquiries, and handling ad-hoc requests efficiently. The Senior Associate will post fund and investor-level documents to the investor portal, coordinating with other departments for approvals and upcoming posts. They will manage investor expectations by clearly communicating timelines for deliverables and ensuring smooth delivery of capital call and distribution notices. The role also includes assisting in updating and maintaining document processes and policies to ensure accurate record keeping and compliance, and collaborating with the team and clients to uphold standards, assess operational effectiveness, and suggest improvements for process development.

Requirements

  • Over 4 years of experience in investor services, private equity, public accounting, or alternative asset investment firms.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in accounting and fund administration for alternative investments.
  • Exceptional client service, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate while giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Consistently deliver accurate, detail-oriented work at high volume while managing multiple demands and tight deadlines, including overtime when required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
