Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
2-5 years of related commercial real estate experience.
Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational, leadership, and quantitative skills.
Expertise in market research, financial statement analysis, and loan management.
Robust analytical skills are necessary.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented, ready to collaborate and contribute to collective goals.

Responsibilities

Understands multiple types of transactions and structure including whole loans, syndicated loans and CMBS, with deals sizes that vary significantly from $25 million to $500 million.
Portfolio management of all transaction types that include stabilized loans as well as construction and transitional loans.
Able to work on complicated transactions independently and with a team.
Understanding of macro-economic trends and real estate investment fundamentals.
Expertise with third party reports including: appraisals, engineering reports as well as understand environmental assessments, zoning letters, credit reports, background checks, credit references and legal documents.
Experience in multiple markets, research, lending market trends and real estate market movements.
Perform independent reviews of notes, loan agreements, yield maintenance, any other legal documents.
Draft internal communications as well as responses to servicers, appraisers, etc. and facilitate training as needed.
Assist in reviewing loan modification documentation, audit requests, etc. requiring strong knowledge of Loan Operations systems and processes.
Assist in managing data in relevant loan management and accounting systems.
Review, monitor, and provide feedback on servicer performance and correspondence on behalf of the relevant lenders.
Monitor and track receipt of third-party Servicer certifications, bank certifications, financials, and Uniform Single Attestation Program (USAP).
