We are hiring a Senior Associate, Horizontal HRBP to drive the operational excellence of core HR processes across the Corporate Strategy organization. A successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can navigate ambiguity, and has relentless attention to detail. This is a high impact role where you will balance being in the data and details while building deep, meaningful relationships with business partners. In this role you will Drive the execution of key HR investments and people processes, ensuring all initiatives are well managed and delivered with high precision. Partner with Corporate Strategy HRBPs, the Strategy Chief of Staff, and the broader HR Horizontal team to deliver best-in-class associate experiences. Partner with HRBPs to execute semi-annual talent and performance management processes, leading the reporting and logistics to ensure seamless execution. Leverage HR systems (Workday and internal analytics tools) to maintain system accuracy and analyze headcount, attrition, and survey data to drive talent strategy insights and recommendations for the associate experience. Document and manage localized programs and processes while constantly seeking to simplify manual tasks and leveraging AI where appropriate to improve efficiency. Develop decks and training materials that prepare managers and associates for critical HR milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Project Management or Process Management role.
  • At least 1 year of experience with data management and reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Process Management Certification.
  • 3+ years of experience in Project or Process Management.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and building strategies in a consulting-style environment.
