Capital One's Career Transition Support Center (CTSC) Team is seeking a Senior Associate to lead data and process excellence across reduction in force (RIF) events, outplacement services and severance processing and operations. They must have the ability to leverage problem solving and communication skills to create a seamless experience for associates exiting the organization, ensure compliance with legal obligations, and manage risk through accurate data management and well-managed process execution. Initial projects will involve establishing Business As Usual (BAU) data for the Lines of Businesses/Business Areas concerning Reduction in Force (RIF) and outplacement events. The associate will provide data inputs to our outplacement vendors and eHR partner groups and will monitor metrics to identify areas requiring process improvements within the team.
