Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

Support HR transformation and process improvement projects across multiple sites and an international location.
Prepare monthly HR data analytics reports and respond to ad hoc data requests from leadership.
Use analytics, AI, and automation tools such as Excel, Power Automate, and HRIS systems to support data-driven decisions and improve HR operations.
Help develop and implement scalable HR solutions that support employee engagement and business objectives.
Identify organizational challenges, recommend improvements, and support change management initiatives.
Maintain and improve HR processes, systems, and tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and PeopleSoft, to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Provide guidance and support to leaders to help strengthen team performance and effectiveness.
Contribute to HR and business projects, including cross-functional and global initiatives.
Ability to work independently with regular direction and guidance on non-routine assignments requiring sound judgment, ownership, and initiative.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
