About The Position

The Senior Associate, Executive Office partners with the CEO Office team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations for the CEO. This role manages end-to-end travel, strategic calendar alignment, leadership offsites, and the preparation of briefing materials, acting as both advisor and hands-on executor to uphold BNY Mellon’s standards of excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a global financial services firm.
  • Proven expertise in complex travel and event logistics coordination.
  • Strong partnership skills with executive assistants and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for briefing materials.
  • High proficiency with calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Concur) and event platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated discretion handling confidential and high-stakes information.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end CEO-level travel logistics, optimizing time and impact.
  • Partner with the CEO Executive Assistant to manage strategic calendar alignment.
  • Liaise with BNY events team to plan and execute leadership offsites and CEO events.
  • Serve as advisory pre-event consultant and on-site technical lead to meet BNY standards.
  • Gather, develop, and distribute briefing materials for key meetings, ensuring completeness.
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations to secure timely updates for the CEO Office.
  • Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding CEO initiatives.
  • Monitor and track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across the CEO Office.
  • Prepare post-event reports and lessons learned to improve future engagements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
