Your role at a glance As a Mid-level Electrical Engineer at NTT Global Data Centers Americas, you will take on a more prominent role in the Technical Operations team, contributing to the optimization and reliability of our electrical infrastructure in data center facilities. Building on your experience, you will lead electrical engineering projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical upgrades and modifications. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in troubleshooting complex electrical issues and providing solutions to ensure smooth operations. In this mid-level position, you will have the opportunity to mentor entry-level electrical engineers and contribute to the implementation of innovative electrical strategies. What we are looking for

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and principles.
• Basic skills in Computer Aided Design (CAD).
• An understanding of Trip Curves, Short Circuit and Coordination Studies.
• Familiarity with power distribution systems and equipment.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering projects, from design to execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize electrical systems and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues, providing technical expertise to support the team.
• Participate in the implementation of energy efficiency measures and sustainability initiatives.
• Mentor and guide entry-level electrical engineers in their professional growth.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
