This newly created role at Brandeis University's Center for Careers and the Applied Liberal Arts offers the opportunity to lead the transformation of experiential learning. The Senior Associate Director will establish standards, create scalable processes, develop strategic partnerships, and define how experiential learning is delivered across the university. The role involves leading the development and operation of various experiential learning opportunities such as internships, applied research partnerships, field-based projects, shadowing, fellowships, and community-engaged work for both undergraduate and graduate students. The position requires collaboration with employers, alumni, faculty, donors, IT, and campus partners to create systems, processes, and connect students with meaningful opportunities. The goal is to shape how high-impact experiences are recognized alongside academic achievements, contributing to a university-wide framework that documents learning from the classroom to the street. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, collaborating within a complex organization, and turning ambitious ideas into practical, sustainable programs.
