Responsibilities

  • Design high-impact experimentation strategies
  • Own outcome design for programs onboarded onto the platform
  • Ensure experiments are structured to maximize learning and business impact
  • Define optimal audience strategies aligned with campaign and business objectives
  • Partner with client’s marketing teams to develop differentiated creative strategies that drive engagement
  • Build best-in-class measurement frameworks
  • Develop and own performance measurement frameworks for programs running on the platform
  • Deliver clear reporting, deep insights, and actionable learning from experimentation results
  • Translate complex data into clear performance narratives for stakeholders
  • Tell the value story of personalization
  • Continuously craft and deliver the narrative around the platform’s value and impact
  • Communicate insights that influence marketing strategy and investment decisions
  • Help evangelize the role of data-driven personalization across teams
  • Collaborate with Data Science to drive optimization
  • Partner closely with the Data Science team to co-develop and refine optimization models
  • Help translate business objectives into modeling and experimentation opportunities
  • Contribute to the evolution of the platform’s learning and decisioning capabilities
  • Turn customer insights into action
  • Analyze customer behavior and engagement signals generated by the platform
  • Identify patterns and opportunities that inform marketing strategies
  • Drive actionable recommendations that improve customer experience and performance
