The Senior Associate Dean of Administration, Operations, and Services (AOS) is a member of the Administrative Leadership Team and one of the principal administrative officers in the College of Osteopathic Medicine (COM). This role is responsible for the effective management and coordination of supporting physical and logistical operations, administration, and services necessary for the COM to deliver the highest quality of medical education. The position ensures that the Senior Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and the Senior Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs have access to essential resources for curriculum development and delivery, meeting and exceeding accreditation standards. The Senior Associate Dean of AOS oversees resources in Finance, Financial Aid, Information Technology, Registrar services, Admissions, Student Affairs, Accreditation and Professional Development, Marketing, Communications, Safety, Physical/Mental/Spiritual care, and Alumni Affairs. This role provides operational assistance and coordination for COM facilities and serves as a professional liaison with students, faculty, staff, and the public.
