About The Position

We're looking for an experienced CRM Administrator to lead and manage our HubSpot platform across all Go-To-Market (GTM) functions — including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You'll be the go-to expert for all things HubSpot, ensuring the platform is optimized for scalability, data integrity, and measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is a HubSpot power user with a strategic mindset, strong operational skills, and the ability to translate GTM needs into effective system configurations and workflows.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a CRM Administrator or in a GTM operations role
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub (Service Hub is a plus)
  • Proven success in managing complex workflows, automation, and integrations
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

  • HubSpot Admin or Marketing/Sales Hub certifications
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or BI platforms
  • Background in SaaS, B2B technology, or a similar growth-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary owner and subject matter expert for HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, pipelines, properties, templates, and system integrations.
  • Design and maintain scalable lead management, lifecycle tracking, and handoff processes across GTM teams.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key GTM metrics such as lead flow, conversion rates, campaign attribution, and revenue performance.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to GTM teams to ensure effective use of HubSpot tools and features.
  • Stay current with HubSpot updates and releases. Evaluate new features and recommend enhancements to improve GTM efficiency and outcomes.
