The Sales Systems Specialist supporting Sales and Marketing will provide technical and administrative setup, along with ongoing management of sales systems and tools. Common responsibilities include administering updates and delivering training related to the CRM database and document signing platforms, preparing and distributing reports, establishing sales processes and workflows, and assisting with sales tools, marketing activities, and general project management. Additionally, the Sales Systems Specialist will serve as an administrator for sales systems and tools and will participate in Lean projects and initiatives in support of the Sales and Marketing team. Requirements

  • One year of prior systems administration, systems testing or QA experience.
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and other common workplace technology.
  • Two to three years’ experience in sales, marketing, or administrative support.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and project management.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
  • Passion for working with aging adults and within a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally, appropriate to the needs of the audience.
  • Driving is an essential function and/or a legitimate business purpose of this position; therefore, a valid driver’s license is required as a condition of employment.
  • Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
  • Ability to sit/stand or walk at-will throughout shift.
  • Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds one-to-one, in a group, and via telephone/computer.
  • Keyboarding, near visual acuity, far vision acuity.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage system transitions and updates related to the CRM database and document signing platform.
  • Serve as the primary contact for account managers of these systems.
  • Provide training, ongoing support, troubleshooting on sales systems (i.e. new users, user questions and feature enhancements).
  • Generate and distribute reports.
  • Support campuses with the move-in process and general problem resolution related to sales systems and workflows.
  • Assist with marketing activities such as managing contact lists, email marketing, video content, and event support.
  • Provide general project management support for the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Serve as system administrator for sales systems such as CRM and electronic document signing (data integrity, security controls, reporting and automation, feature enhancements, etc.).
  • Participate in Lean projects and initiatives for the Sales and Marketing team (i.e. creation of SOPs and Best Practices, workflow process improvement, etc.).
  • Travel to or in between different locations as needed.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
