Our Edge platform team within EY Parthenon is a group of experienced specialists in strategic program management with deep background in technology and technology implementation. Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
Must have U.S. Citizenship.
Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
Experience training and onboarding and supporting users with technology in order to drive adoption of solutions.
Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
The ability to make detailed assessments of technology, operations or manufacturing infrastructure.
The ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts.
The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
The ability to understand available technologies and apply them in order to solve business problems.
Must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.

Nice To Haves

A proven record of excellence in a mergers or acquisitions transactions role.
Experience gained within another large professional services organization.
Established networking skills in a relevant industry.
Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute operational and technology focused projects.
Execute and manage projects across all sectors, supporting client service teams in implementing technology to deliver strategies for transactions and transformations.
Develop experience across a range of different types of engagements, including pre-deal (e.g. operational and carve-out planning) and post-deal (e.g. integration planning, tracking).
Assist in aspects of pursuits and project expansion, including demonstrating the Edge platforms and identifying additional areas of automation to clients and EY Parthenon colleagues.
Serve as an advisor on leading practices and capabilities of the Edge platforms at scale across a variety of industries, functions and scope to drive client success and satisfaction.
Identify product and service expansion opportunities for the Edge platform, implementing fast to fail proofs of concepts on engagements and feeding the longer-term product roadmap.
