About The Position

Daymark Health is seeking a highly capable operator to help scale its care delivery model across markets and service lines. This role sits at the center of how Daymark operates, translating strategy into execution across clinical operations, product, and market teams. The individual will work on a wide range of high-priority problems, from launching new markets to improving care delivery workflows to shaping how the company scales. This role partners closely with the VP of Clinical Operations to translate enterprise operating design into repeatable execution across teams, systems, and vendors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining quantitative analysis with operational problem-solving and is excited to take on increasing ownership over time.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, consulting, business operations, analytics, or related environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort working with data to identify trends and support operational decision-making.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in ambiguity and know how to create structure.
  • Operational Acumen: Detail-oriented and systems-minded.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working across clinical, operational, and technical domains.
  • Drive to Learn: Excited by roles that don’t have rigid boundaries.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing projects or cross-functional initiatives is a plus.
  • Startup, healthcare, or value-based care experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with clinicians, operators, or technical teams is a plus.

Responsibilities
