About The Position

Lead CEQA compliance strategy development and execution. Prepare EIRs for large, complex projects. Direct and mentor technical staff and environmental analysts. Manage scopes of work, budgets, and schedules across a portfolio of key accounts. Represent the firm at public meetings, hearings, and client presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of CEQA document preparation experience.
• Experience developing and executing CEQA compliance strategy on complex or contested projects.
• Demonstrated leadership managing project teams and client relationships.
• Comfortable partnering with senior firm leadership on strategic matters.
• Strong project management skills, results-driven, with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Effective and polished communicator, comfortable in public meetings, hearings, and executive settings.
• Strong organizational skills.
