We are seeking a Business Platform Product Manager focused on Content Engine & Design to Development who will manage the enterprise content management system (CMS) and drive the evolution of how New York Life creates, manages, and delivers content as a strategic enterprise asset. This role enables content as a product. Content drives brand visibility and deepens consumer and advisor connection — becoming increasingly personalized with emerging agentic and generative AI capabilities. You will ensure the enterprise CMS and surrounding capabilities are architected not just for today’s digital properties, but for the next generation of content-driven experiences. Your focus areas span the Content Engine (headless CMS, content-as-a-service, creative-to-publish lifecycle, knowledge graph, LLM discoverability) and Design-to-Development (translating experience designs and design language systems into production-ready components). You will bring delivery discipline, solutioning rigor, and a forward-looking perspective on how AI is transforming content operations.
