The Senior Associate Manager, Product Development will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction for our insurance, credit card, and retail banking lines of business. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting long-term strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in product strategy or strategic planning within the financial services industry(Strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to take data, identify insights, and influence key stakeholder decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of the insurance, credit card, and retail banking sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategic plans that drive growth and innovation across our insurance, credit card, and retail banking businesses.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion within existing markets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Track and assess the performance of strategic initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
