Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in California Workers’ Compensation
  • JD and California Bar admission
  • Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Manage 200–250 Workers’ Compensation cases
  • Develop case strategies, conduct discovery, and evaluate medical records
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients at hearings, trials, and appeals
  • Oversee support staff and ensure efficient case progression

Benefits

  • Base salary $125k - $150k (doe) and bonus on fees earned, with expected total compensation of $250k - $350k
