About The Position

Builds and designs AI models and data architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions and support continuous improvement through experimentation and evaluation. Supports technical innovation, adheres to evolving governance standards, implements technical initiatives, and contributes to process automation and accurate project documentation to enhance system effectiveness and performance.

This role is regular and requires English fluency. It is designated as a first-shift position in the United States.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI and data.
• Understanding of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

• Advanced degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Basic understanding of regulatory compliance and data governance frameworks.

• Makes adjustments or recommends enhancements to technical systems and processes to solve somewhat complex technical problems or improve effectiveness.
• Assists with automating repeatable data preparation and integration tasks.
• Works with technical project teams to provide accurate documentation of data related to projects and deliverables.
