Reviews new business applications and contacts plan advisors/brokers/underwriters to obtain missing information in a timely manner to support the growth of new business accounts. Prepares rate adjustments for all quotations with existing coverage and reviews new business quotations received from plan advisors/brokers/underwriters. Checks plan amendments to ensure compliance and contacts plan advisors to obtain missing information in a timely manner. Follows up on outstanding requests such as change requests, signature endorsements, accounts receivables, etc., to support the underwriters business accounts. Applies functional understanding and technical knowledge of applicable underwriting procedures and policies to support professional staff.
