The Senior Assistant Director of Transfer Admissions provides strategic leadership and day-to-day management of transfer student recruitment and admissions for Queens University of Charlotte. Reporting to the Dean of Undergraduate Admissions, this position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive transfer enrollment strategy designed to increase transfer inquiries, applications, admitted students, and enrollment. Serving as the primary admissions leader for the transfer student population, the Senior Assistant Director manages the full transfer recruitment lifecycle—from prospect identification and application generation through application evaluation, admission, enrollment, and transition to Queens. The position develops recruitment strategies and transfer pathways that make Queens an accessible and compelling destination for students seeking to complete their undergraduate education. A significant focus of the role is establishing and strengthening relationships with community colleges, four-year institutions, advisors, faculty, community-based organizations, and other partners that can create sustainable transfer pipelines to Queens. The Senior Assistant Director will work collaboratively across the University to simplify the transfer experience, improve transfer credit transparency, strengthen articulation and pathway agreements, and ensure prospective transfer students receive personalized and timely support throughout the enrollment process.
