About The Position

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Business Process Services team in an onsite capacity. This role supports critical operational functions through processing, reporting, auditing, and quality assurance activities within a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence while supporting service delivery objectives.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business process services, operations support, administrative processing, or a related environment
Experience utilizing business systems, reporting tools, and operational software applications
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to work independently while collaborating successfully within a team-oriented environment
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven setting

Responsibilities

Execute operational processing, auditing, and quality assurance activities in accordance with established procedures and service standards
Review, reconcile, and maintain reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with operational requirements
Support adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), internal controls, and departmental workflows
Handle confidential and sensitive information in compliance with Gainwell Technologies security and privacy policies
Identify processing discrepancies and assist with issue resolution and continuous process improvement efforts
