About The Position

Protect company assets by effectively executing safety, inventory recovery and theft reduction programs. Assist with reducing lost inventory, time, and assets and monitor surveillance equipment and systems. Identify, observe and apprehend shoplifters and others (internal or external) involved in criminal activity impacting the company. Support district Asset Protection (AP) managers in the implementation and oversight of AP initiatives. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Requirements

• Senior level experience in Asset Protection or related field.
• Proficiency in executing safety, inventory recovery, and theft reduction programs.
• Experience with monitoring surveillance equipment and systems.
• Ability to identify, observe, and apprehend individuals involved in criminal activity.
• Experience supporting management in implementing and overseeing initiatives.
• Understanding and demonstration of core company values.
