About The Position

Protect company assets by effectively executing safety, inventory recovery and theft reduction programs. Assist with reducing lost inventory, time, and assets and monitor surveillance equipment and systems. Identify, observe and apprehend shoplifters and others (internal or external) involved in criminal activity impacting the company. Support district Asset Protection (AP) managers in the implementation and oversight of AP initiatives. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Requirements

• Experience in asset protection or loss prevention.
• Knowledge of surveillance equipment and systems.
• Ability to identify, observe, and apprehend individuals involved in criminal activity.
• Understanding of safety and inventory recovery programs.
• Familiarity with company core values.
