The Senior Art Director is responsible for generating ideas, creating concepts for design and layout materials from draft stage through to finished product with their copy partner; working closely with Creative and Client Service teams to ensure adherence to client’s marketing strategies and objectives within specified deadlines. They will also supervise the work of junior creatives on their projects. Lead art direction and visual concepting for multichannel campaigns across pharmaceutical and health clients — owning creative direction from brief intake through production-ready delivery. Develop comprehensive visual systems, design frameworks, and campaign look-and-feel that are strategically grounded, on-brand, and differentiated in the healthcare communications landscape. Direct and mentor junior art directors and designers, providing clear creative feedback, elevating the quality of visual output, and supporting the professional development of the team. Present and defend creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating visual rationale with confidence and navigating feedback through iterative rounds. Stay current on design trends, emerging digital formats, accessibility standards, and production capabilities to continuously push the quality and craft of Klick's visual work.
