You are resilient in the face of client feedback and rejected ideas, capable of iterating through multiple rounds of concepts, comps, and headlines. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and know when to seek assistance when overwhelmed. You are proactive, self-directed, and adept at time management.
Requirements
- Proven ability to generate a list of great ideas, whether they were produced or not.
- Demonstrated record of creating ideas that solve the brief and advance the agency vision.
- Understanding of platform thinking versus executional thinking and the ability to connect them.
- Developing craft and an emerging personal style in your work.
- Fluency in emerging platforms and ability to deliver fit-for-platform work.
- Ability to hack platforms for interesting executions.
- Ability to deliver when projects are tough.
- Experience working across a variety of clients and categories.
- Proactive and relentless contributor.
