Senior Art Director, Performance Creative
About The Position
We’re searching for a Senior Art Director to join our Performance Creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, Performance Creative, you will create performance-driven work that supports print, digital, and social direct response channels while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients. You will create conceptual yet performance-driven work, such as paid social, display, email, OLV, and landing pages while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients. You will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategies that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels. You will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals. You will apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to your work. You understand unique audiences and create content that is relevant to each. You will stay current with the latest trends and technologies (e.g., DCO, Content Velocity, Dynamic Video, Modular Content Systems). You will present work both internally and to our clients while building client relationships.
Requirements
- 3 years minimum art direction experience in creative advertising and performance creative
- Bachelor’s in advertising, marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
- Experience working with the nuances and requirements of writing for Direct Mail, Online Display, Email, Social and Digital Experiences including video.
- Working knowledge of web usability/accessibility, advertising technologies, and development methods
- Brand development experience
