We are seeking an Art Director, Creative Development to join our team, working on one of our newest client wins. You will create a variety of deliverables for fully integrated campaigns including TV, social posts, online video, storyboards, and more. You will report to a Creative Director and be paired with a copywriter. You’ll develop creative solutions that live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parameters. You’ll collaborate with a partner on projects of any size, scope and style through to completion. You’ll concept and art direct against all deliverables, developing campaigns, comps, story boards and mockups across multiple projects, deliverables and clients simultaneously. You’ll contribute work to new business pitches. You’ll manage the daily progress of projects from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with Producers, Designers, Client Leadership, and Strategy Partners across the life span of the project. You understand and find excitement in diverse media outlets, evolving technologies, and current trends. You appreciate the importance of strategy and create compelling, creative solutions that are on brief.
