About The Position

A future-leadership hire for a premier, 20+ person architecture firm—combining technical project command, client leadership, and team mentorship with potential long-term firm ownership. Our client is a highly respected, ~21-person architecture firm with a deeply established South Florida presence and a long track record of success in municipal and public-sector work. Having seamlessly executed an internal leadership transition from the founder to the current executive team, the firm is now seeking its next generation of long-term leadership to support ongoing growth. The company is hiring a Senior Architectural Project Manager / Architect to take immediate, meaningful responsibility off the partners' plates. This is not simply a Senior PM seat—it is designed for a licensed architect with a service mentality and high initiative who can manage complex multi-stakeholder projects today and earn a seat at the leadership table tomorrow. Potential future ownership is real and earned based on performance, leadership contribution, and cultural fit. The company is a collaborative, open-door firm that has intentionally built and protected an exceptional workplace culture. Projects range from major public-sector renovations to ground-up municipal facilities. The team thrives on cross-discipline collaboration, professional development, and community—frequently enjoying team happy hours and social events.
