About The Position

Bayland Buildings Inc. is actively seeking a SENIOR DRAFTER to add to our team. The Senior Drafter is responsible for reviewing architectural and structural plans for quality control. The successful candidate will be well-versed in verbal and written communications and fluent with computers, including experience with REVIT software. The candidate should have great attention to detail and be able to manage workloads that require deadlines. Preferred candidates have a minimum 2-year associate's degree in a construction-related field and 5 years of similar real-world experience, including but not limited to general knowledge of commercial construction. The Senior Drafter will report to the VP of Engineering and work directly with acquisitions and fulfillment teams regularly. Duties include attending project meetings and occasional field measuring and training.

Requirements

• Fluent with computers
• Experience with REVIT software
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to manage workloads that require deadlines
• General knowledge of commercial construction
• Driver's License
