As a Senior Architectural Designer, you'll contribute to projects across all phases of design and documentation, working collaboratively with architects and engineers to deliver innovative architectural solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Architecture required; degree from an NAAB-accredited program preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional architecture experience
  • Understanding of building codes, construction documentation standards, and technical detailing
  • Proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, MS Office Suite
  • Experience with multiple project types and phases of architectural service
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong commitment to accuracy and design quality
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in team settings

Nice To Haves

  • Master of Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program also preferred
  • Actively pursuing architectural licensure is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural design solutions and prepare detailed drawings and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Collaborate with a team of internal and external engineers to integrate building systems and resolve technical design challenges
  • Participate in all project phases from concept design through construction administration
  • Prepare presentations, technical reports, and documentation for client meetings and project submissions
  • Conduct site visits to document existing conditions and support construction phase services
  • Review shop drawings and submittments under the guidance of senior architects
  • Contribute to design discussions and problem-solving sessions with project teams
