About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Architect with extensive experience in designing and delivering scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong architectural leadership, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in the technology industry as a developer, technical lead, or architect
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in an Architect role
• 10+ years of hands-on development experience in technologies such as .NET, Java, or other modern programming languages
• 5+ years of experience working with AWS Cloud, including solution architecture and cloud-native design
• Strong experience in the Wealth Management domain
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, distributed systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
• Ability to influence technical direction and drive consensus across teams
• Experience working in cross-functional and globally distributed teams

Nice To Haves

• AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect)
• Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and event-driven systems
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end architecture for complex enterprise applications
• Lead solution design, ensuring scalability, performance, and security best practices
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and cloud best practices
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and emerging technologies
