About The Position

This is a senior design-and-delivery role for an experienced architect seeking meaningful influence, direct client exposure, multidisciplinary collaboration, and a path toward leadership. The Austin office is smaller, growing, and supported by a strong book of work. The role is designed for someone who can comfortably navigate design thinking, technical execution, project management, client relationships, consultant coordination, and team leadership. The environment is intentionally less corporate, informal, design-focused, collaborative, and highly self-directed, encouraging individuals to forge their own paths, contribute to ideation, work alongside colleagues, and grow through strong mentorship rather than a rigid career framework.
