About The Position

We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Senior Architect to join our multidisciplinary team and lead the development and delivery of projects across all design and construction stages, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detailed Design, Tender Documentation, Issued for Construction (IFC) Documentation, and Site Coordination. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming design concepts into coordinated, technically robust, and code-compliant project deliverables while providing leadership, technical oversight, and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Architect will be responsible for managing architectural design development, coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, and ensuring the successful execution of projects across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, retail, office, mixed-use, and hospitality developments. This role requires a highly experienced professional with strong design, technical, and project leadership capabilities, capable of driving projects from inception through construction completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of architectural design, building systems, construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices, combined with proven experience in consultant coordination, project management, stakeholder engagement, and site supervision. The ability to effectively lead teams, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure alignment with project objectives, budgets, and timelines is essential.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
10+ years of professional architectural experience, with significant exposure to large-scale and complex projects.
Proven experience managing projects across Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detailed Design, Tender, IFC, and Construction Administration stages.
Strong experience in the delivery of residential, commercial, retail, office, mixed-use, and hospitality projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex project requirements.
Excellent understanding of building systems, construction technologies, specifications, and documentation standards.
Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in consultancy environments and managing client relationships is highly desirable.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Strong working knowledge of Rhino (highly preferred).
Experience with BIM workflows, model coordination, and clash detection processes.
Proficiency in architectural detailing, construction documentation, and technical design review.
Site coordination and construction administration experience will be considered a significant advantage.
Prior experience working in the UAE and GCC region is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC building regulations, authority requirements, planning regulations, fire and life safety codes, and construction practices will be considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural projects through all stages, from concept design to construction completion.
Develop, review, and oversee high-quality architectural design and technical documentation packages.
Ensure design intent is accurately translated into coordinated construction documents and IFC drawing packages.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, including Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior Design, and Specialist Consultants.
Review and ensure compliance with applicable local authority regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
Lead design coordination workshops and technical reviews to identify and resolve project risks and clashes.
Manage project deliverables, schedules, resources, and quality standards to ensure successful project outcomes.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Architects, Architectural Designers, and BIM/Revit teams.
Review shop drawings, material submissions, RFIs, and technical proposals during construction phases.
Participate in client presentations, design reviews, authority submissions, and stakeholder meetings.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure design integrity during execution.
Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and project pursuits when required.
