About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect specializing in Oracle ERP Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Fixed Assets modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle efficiency and support strategic initiatives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP implementation and architecture, with a focus on Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Proven expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud PPM and Fixed Assets modules.
• Excellent understanding of business processes in finance, asset management, and project management.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

• Oracle Cloud certifications in PPM and Fixed Assets modules.
• Experience with other Oracle ERP Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions, focusing on PPM and Fixed Assets modules.
• Develop comprehensive architectural plans that integrate with existing systems and align with business objectives.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of the ERP system.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the ERP system.
• Implement process changes and enhancements to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing Oracle ERP Cloud functionalities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and technical leader for Oracle ERP Cloud PPM and Fixed Assets modules.
• Mentor and guide junior architects, developers, and other team members.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops to promote ERP best practices.
• Work closely with business leaders, finance, IT, and other departments to understand and address their needs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.
