About The Position

This role provides support for Construction Management and Related Services, including comprehensive Construction Management (CM) services. The contractor will be responsible for Project Engineering, Planning, Scheduling, Design reviews, Value Management Assessments, Safety Compliance Reviews, Monitoring and Testing Compliance, Record Keeping, Cost Estimating/Budget Control, and Change Management Documentation Management. The role also involves performing Constructability Reviews, Quality Assurance Monitoring, and ensuring contractor adherence to standards to meet specifications and avoid deficiencies. Other duties include daily work, weekly and monthly reviews and reports, change order proposal reviews, schedule development adherence, recommendations for integrated master schedules (IMS), and required written and oral communications and coordination.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of engineering services, building codes, cost and schedule management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited school of higher education.
  • 6-10 years of experience in both design and construction management, with a focus on medical facilities.
  • Proficient with standard business computer systems.
  • Comfort navigating Microsoft Windows operating systems and email platforms such as Outlook.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
  • Ability to review, analyze, and interpret project data on a laptop computer.
  • Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
