Senior Architect - Controls - Modeling and Simulation
About The Position
Quest Global is seeking a Senior Architect in Controls, focused on Modeling and Simulation. The role provides safety and quality leadership across the Controls Alliance, leads system-level integration, reviews complex projects across value streams, and supports development of system-level solutions. The position also owns overall project quality and helps establish controls standards and technical capabilities across value streams. The successful candidate will lead root cause analyses, identify project risks and approve mitigation plans, mentor and coach Technical Architects, identify technical gaps, and develop and teach system-level training. The role also includes sharing best practices and design practices across value streams and leading Kaizen events. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Modeling and Simulation.
- Hands-on experience with Easy5 and similar platforms.
- Minimum 6 years of experience performing technical reviews.
- Excellent knowledge of New Units and Services Upgrade processes.
- Excellent knowledge of the GE Speedtronic Mark Controller Series.
- Hands-on experience using physics-based simulation platforms for software validation.
- Demonstrated system-level knowledge.
- Demonstrated global mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across cultures.

- GE Vernova experience is preferred.
