About The Position

This role is responsible for contributing to multiple highly complex initiatives by designing, developing, and optimizing software solutions that align business needs with technical capabilities. The individual will leverage deep expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud architecture—including data engineering and analytics platforms—to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that enhance member or internal user experiences. Working across the full software development lifecycle, this position requires the ability to translate business objectives into effective system designs, collaborate seamlessly with technical teams and end users, and drive impactful improvements with minimal supervision. Success in this role demands advanced technical proficiency, strong problem‑solving skills, and a thorough understanding of organizational goals to support projects that directly influence operational outcomes.
