About The Position

The Senior Full Stack Developer will help deliver modern digital solutions that support business growth and operational excellence. The role combines senior technical contribution with partnership across product teams, stakeholders, and developers in an Agile environment. The developer will build and maintain full-stack applications, integrate AI-enabled capabilities, contribute to application modernization, and support production systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, and web application development.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and iterative delivery models.
• Understanding of AI-assisted development, generative AI solutions, or intelligent automation technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships across teams.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET and modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, estimate, and deliver features within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Build and integrate AI-enabled capabilities that improve user productivity and business outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in software architecture, coding standards, and development processes.
• Participate in code reviews and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Assist with solution design, technical planning, and system integration efforts.
• Work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate technical solutions.
• Contribute to application modernization and innovation initiatives.
• Support production systems and help resolve critical issues when necessary.
