About The Position
Our client, an international AmLaw 100 firm, is looking to hire a Senior Application Developer at their offices in New York City. The position will allow for a hybrid work schedule with 4 days a week onsite, 1 remote, and will pay an annual base salary of $130K to $160K plus a performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits package. The Senior Application Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance and support of web-based solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ development experience using C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS and ReactJS framework
- 2+ years’ development experience with SharePoint Online development frameworks.
- 2+ years’ development experience with Power Platform (implementing PowerApps).
- Experience with Aderant Handshake, Nintex and Sharegate development frameworks and utilities.
- Strong hands-on modern SharePoint (SPFx) custom code development experience
- Proficient in SQL including data modeling, stored procedures and views.
- Able to work independently, as well as within a team, and take the lead on projects.
- Excellent customer service skills, and ability to interact directly with clients.
- Extensive experience with the full systems development lifecycle, covering requirements, design, development, testing and delivery
Nice To Haves
- MCSD or MCSE preferred
- Legal experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom applications to meet the needs of Practice Groups and Business Professionals.
- Meet with stakeholders to gather business requirements and specifications.
- Develop new solutions to replace legacy systems by leveraging modern programming languages, platforms and technologies.
- Develop systems integrations applications between business applications against disparate datasources and APIs.
- Follow software development and testing methodologies and best practices.
- Maintain, support and troubleshoot applications, applying solutions and fixes.
- Work with outside consultants and vendors as needed.
- Communicate to Management Team project status, issues and risks.
